Roasted Hojicha tea
Hojicha is a Japanese green tea with a roasted flavour and a mild aroma. It is produced by slowly roasting green tea leaves at high temperatures, which gives it its unique taste.
Keiken’s Hojicha is a premium-quality tea, made from selected green tea leaves that have been carefully roasted. The slow roasting process reduces the caffeine content and mellows the taste of the green tea, whilst adding a subtle roasted note.
