Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store of MFF Netherlands B.V.

Right of withdrawal

• Customers have the right to return products within 14 days, in accordance with EU legislation.
• Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Perishable products cannot be returned.

Orders

• Free shipping is available from a minimum order amount of €50.
• MFF reserves the right to refuse orders in case of fraud, payment issues or suspicious transactions.

Liability

• MFF is not liable for indirect damages.
• MFF is not responsible for errors or delays caused by carriers.

Intellectual property

All rights to trademarks, logos, text, images and other content belong to MFF. Any use without prior authorization is prohibited.

Force majeure

MFF is not liable in cases of force majeure, such as strikes, pandemics, transport issues or any other situation beyond its control. In such cases, the agreement may be suspended or terminated.

Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
